Congratulations to Laura Braakhuis on winning selection to the Under 15 Victorian Team 'Ice' that will compete in the ALA National Under 15 championships which will take place will take place from September 26 to October 2 at the Footscray LC.

Our Under 11's capped off a great year with an unbeaten run to win the Lacrosse Victoria Lightning Premiership and stamp themselves as the champion team of the competition for 2015.  This was achieved despite missing four players so they were a happy bunch of boys when they held up the premiership pennant at the end of the day.  This was a double as they had previously won the mid-season Lightning Premiership.

A record 8 players from Camberwell Lacrosse Club have been selected to this year's Under 15 Southern Crosse team, which will represent Victoria and seek to defend its national title in this year's tournament in Melbourne. Congratualtions to

Under 11

Camberwell  8  drew with Eltham Russell  8

In an exciting, cliffhanger game the Wells gave up a first half lead to hang on for a draw against Eltham Russell.  It was a thrilling game with the ball transferring from end to end and plenty of strong ground ball contests and great intercepts.

On Saturday 25th July our Under 13 Magic team is scheduled to have a BYE and our U13 Blitz team is playing at Dorothy Laver Reserve 9.30-10.45 am.  

The Camberwell Lacrosse Club marquee social event of the year is coming!

Trivia night is a great opportunity for the CLC family to have some fun outside the Lacrosse field. In the past few years the competition has been fierce and entertaining, so get in early and book your table. Kids vs. Parents, U13 vs. U17 ... anything goes!

We will be running the event again at the Glenallen School Hall, on 8-Aug @ 7:30pm. Tickets are only $10, so as The Governator put it: "C'mon, you can do it!".

Under 11

With four players still away on holidays and Angus Ashby stranded in the volcanic ash cloud in Bali, The Under 11's took the field with the bare minimum of six players.  No problems, they relished the opportunity to stay on-field for the entire game.

Camberwell Lacrosse Club is pleased to announce the Glenn Horder Shield and Past Players Day to be held on Saturday 11th of July 2015 at Eric Raven Reserve.

Despite the absence of team captain Frank McKenna, who was trying his hand in the Under 13's, the Under 11's continued their dominant season with all but two of the roster scoring goals.  First year player,  Ashton Tubb had a breakout game with 2 goals, 2 assists and 3 votes as best player to mark his day.
