Training in June
Good news! Training will commence next week, starting Tuesday 2nd June.
Our conditions of use are very strict and require maximum group size of 20, strict hygiene of equipment, hand sanitising and social distancing. All participants must read the following.
Training Requirements
- Only players and coaches will be allowed on the ground. Parents and spectator will not be able to access the ground
- Players are encouraged “to get in, train, get out” within the strict time frames. Players are encouraged to arrive and leave at their appointed times, without hanging around.
- Training will be strictly non contact (of bodies / sticks) and social distance must be maintained. Coaches will be prepared with appropriate training activities.
- There will be a 15 minute gap between training sessions which will start and end strictly on time
- Participants MUST BE REGISTERED with Lacrosse Victoria, via the Camberwell Lacrosse website www.clclax.org.au/register. No payment is required at this time. We will have updated lists of those eligible to train. If you are not registered, then you will need to do this prior to training.
- Player attendance must be noted at the entrance gate, with current mobile contact number
- Players must use their own equipment (if you need a piece of equipment, please talk to your coach or other club official and we will arrange this, with proper sanitisation)
- Shared equipment; eg. goals, cones must be sanitised before and after use
- Hand sanitiser will be available at the gate and near the storage area
- The clubroom and changerooms will be closed. We have access to the umpire toilet at the end of the veranda only
- Participants must stay at home if unwell
- Participants should exercise coughing or sneezing into their elbow
- Participants who are at risk; eg. Over 70 years of age, with immune suppressed systems, are advised not to attend.
- It is recommended that participants have a current flu injection and also download the COVIDSafe app
Training Zones
All training will be at Eric Raven Reserve. Eric Raven Reserve will be divided into 3 zones, 20 Players and Coach allowed per zone. Participants cannot move between zones. Sometimes we may need to mix age groups in order to meet the number limits.
