From the President

Hi to all our Camberwell lacrosse members for 2009.

Preparation for the 2009 season is at fever pitch at the moment. The committee and coaches have been working behind the scenes to ensure everything will be ready for the season start. Our grounds have been secured, the junior recruiting drive is underway, and pre-season training is going on in Ernest.

Some upcoming events for the diary:

• Registration day and interclub practise planned for late March;
• First men’s match 18th April (if we get some rain!);
• First women’s match 19th April;
• Umpires course to be advised; and
• Club Coaching accreditation late April.

Some players will have already received a letter from me outlining our BHG (big hairy goal) ... our mission is to take the club to the moon!
